Tasks
- Drive strategic growth and operational excellence in the UK: You work directly with the Country Manager to identify, support, and lead strategic initiatives that unlock growth, improve efficiency, and increase contribution margin in your market.
- Lead high-impact projects from idea to implementation: You manage initiatives end-to-end – from building business cases and securing resources to execution and performance tracking. Projects could include launching new channels (e.g. B2B2C), optimising logistics setups, improving showroom presence, or implementing automation solutions.
- Collaborate across teams and functions: You work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Product to ensure local market needs are integrated into company-wide strategies. You represent your market’s interests while contributing to shared, scalable solutions.
- Pilot innovations and partnerships: You identify local opportunities, pilot innovative workflows, test new tools or partners, and help scale what works – always with an eye on sustainability, brand integrity, and results.
- Act as a sparring partner and operator: You support the Country Manager as a strategic and operational right hand – from OKR planning to daily decision-making and reporting.
Requirements
- Project Management and Strategic Execution: You have 2–4 years of experience in business development, consulting, e-commerce, or a related field. You’ve successfully delivered projects that drove measurable impact.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: You understand business drivers such as cost, revenue, and margin, and you use this knowledge to make smart, data-informed decisions.
- Ownership and Outcome Orientation: You take full responsibility for the success of your projects. You’re proactive, hands-on, and focused on getting things done – quickly and effectively.
- Cross-Functional Communication: You’re an excellent communicator in English with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Curiosity: You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to take on a wide variety of challenges – from logistics to channel development to tech-enabled improvements.
- Analytical Thinking: You are confident working with data, drawing insights from performance metrics, and translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English (C1-Level)
