As an E-Commerce Manager, you will shape best-in-class digital experiences that elevate PERGOLUX\βs global e-commerce performance. You will own key parts of the digital funnel, lead CRO and SEO strategy, and drive measurable improvements across UX, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing. As PERGOLUX continues to scale rapidly across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, this role plays a pivotal part in accelerating our next phase of digital growth for a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design.

What You\βll Do
- Lead a structured A/B testing and CRO program to increase conversion rates across UX, product pages, and checkout flows.
- Own the end-to-end digital customer journey, identifying friction points and implementing improvements that streamline the path to purchase.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility and reduce dependency on paid acquisition channels.
- Build, optimise, and scale automated marketing workflows, including email journeys, abandoned-cart flows, and lifecycle campaigns that drive revenue.
- Implement robust analytics, tracking, and performance reporting to improve funnel health, channel efficiency, and ROI transparency.
What You\βll Bring
- Several years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing high-growth online stores; experience in home improvement or outdoor-living sectors is a strong plus.
- Strong CRO expertise with practical experience in A/B testing, UX principles, and optimisation frameworks.
- Solid technical and strategic SEO knowledge across content, site architecture, and organic growth initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), funnel measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Technical fluency with HTML/CSS, Shopify (including Flow, Scripts, and Apps), and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo.
