  • WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTINGUP TO
  • Preparing, cooking andpresenting quality dishes within the specialty section
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  • Running your section, fromstarters, the grill, fryers or desserts
  • Assisting with the managementof health and safety
  • Assisting with the managementof food hygiene practices
  • Monitoring portion and wastecontrol
  • Overseeing the maintenance ofkitchen and food safety standards
