Performix Media is a performance marketing company running high-volume paid social campaigns, primarily in the igaming, sportsbetting and crypto verticals. We move fast, spend meaningfully, and hold ourselves to hard CPA targets - every pound of ad spend has a job to do.

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Meta media buyer who operates the way the best marketers will operate in 2026: with AI in the loop at every step. You’ll own high-volume Facebook and Instagram campaigns end to end - strategy, creative production, launch, and optimisation - with aggressive CPA targets and real budget authority. This is not a role for someone who dabbles with ChatGPT for ad copy. We want someone who has rebuilt their entire workflow around AI: driving campaign optimisation programmatically through the Meta Ads API and MCP-connected agents, generating and iterating video creative with AI tools in hours rather than weeks, and letting data decide what runs.

What You’ll Do

  • Own high-volume campaigns - plan, launch, and scale Meta campaigns across multiple ad accounts, owning performance against tight CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Optimise with AI in the loop - build and run agentic workflows (MCP servers, Meta Ads API, custom scripts, or tools like Claude) that monitor spend, surface anomalies, rotate creative, and execute budget and bid changes at a pace no manual buyer can match.
  • Produce ad videos on the fly using AI video generation and editing tools (e.g. Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, CapCut and similar), turning a creative brief into live test variants same-day.
  • Handle editing and banner design - cut, caption, resize, and version video for placements; design static banners and image ads to a standard good enough to ship without a designer in the loop.
  • Structure high-tempo creative testing - hooks, formats, angles, audiences - and feed the results back into both the creative pipeline and the account structure.
  • Stay on top of the data - own tracking, attribution (Pixel, CAPI, post-back), reporting, and the numbers behind every decision. You should be able to explain any account’s performance from memory.
  • Build the playbook - document what works, systematise it, and raise the bar for how the whole company buys media.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record - managing high-volume Meta campaigns to tight CPA targets, with numbers you can walk us through.
  • Genuinely AI-native - AI is not a tool you tried, it’s how you work. You use LLMs and agents daily for analysis, automation, and creative, and you can show us real examples.
  • Hands-on with MCP / API automation - comfortable connecting AI agents to ad platforms via MCP or the Meta Ads API, or scripting your own automation (Python/JS a plus, not required if you get there with no-code/agent tooling). You can take a product and, within a day, have multiple AI-generated video ads live and testing.
  • Video editing and design - practical ability in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Descript or similar) and banner/static design (Figma, Canva, Photoshop) - good taste, fast hands.
  • Meta platform mastery - deep, current knowledge of Meta’s ecosystem - Advantage+, Andromeda-era ranking, creative-led account structures, CAPI, and how to keep learning phases stable at scale.
  • Ownership mentality - you treat spend like it’s your own money, communicate clearly and proactively, and don’t need managing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across other paid channels (TikTok, Google, native, programmatic).
  • Experience in lead-gen, igaming or sportsbetting.
  • Built or contributed to internal marketing tools, MCP servers, or automation stacks.
