Position Biddable Account Director – responsible for shaping and orchestrating best‑in‑class digital performance work across major clients, overseeing strategy, activation and performance in a highly visible, client‑facing role.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of digital performance workstreams across paid search, paid social, programmatic and other biddable channels.
- Act as a trusted day‑to‑day client partner, shaping conversations and translating performance into clear, actionable insight.
- Bring together activation teams to ensure strategy is delivered seamlessly – without being responsible for hands‑on activation.
- Orchestrate operations, timelines and processes to keep complex workstreams moving smoothly and efficiently.
- Support digital strategy and performance planning, ensuring channel recommendations are aligned and forward‑thinking.
- Drive improvements in reporting, measurement and the use of ad tech to elevate campaign effectiveness.
- Coach and support junior team members within a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in biddable or performance media, with a strong understanding of how channels work together.
- Confidence working with activation teams, with hands‑on experience earlier in your career.
- A strategic mindset, able to connect data, performance and client objectives.
- Strong client‑management skills and genuine interest in building lasting relationships.
- Organised, solution‑focused, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Interest in digital strategy, ad tech, reporting and evolving media landscape.
- A collaborative approach, strong communication skills and a calm, thoughtful way of working.
