We’re hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to lead campaign delivery across two globally recognised brands:

Tissot and

Avolta Duty Free .

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of paid social campaigns across Tissot and Avolta Duty Free, from brief through to reporting.
  • Manage multiple campaigns across different markets, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and execute structured test‑and‑learn plans that drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with planning and performance teams to align campaigns with broader strategy and measurement frameworks.
  • Support and develop junior team members through guidance, feedback, and quality assurance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise performance, improve processes, and introduce innovation across accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience across paid social platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest).
  • Confidence managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A structured, detail‑focused approach to delivery and quality control.
  • Comfortable presenting to and partnering with clients.
  • Experience designing tests and using data to improve performance outcomes.
  • Understanding of measurement and tracking, including attribution and platform signals.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across global teams.
