Job Description

Warranty Administrator – Premium Automotive Dealership

Salary: £30,000 basic – £35,000 OTE

Location: High Wycombe

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30

Performance Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a well-established main dealer in High Wycombe. This role is crucial in ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards and maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
  • Review job cards and request amendments where necessary to optimise warranty profitability.
  • Monitor and analyse warranty reports to identify any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, rejections, and customer goodwill contributions.
  • Stay up to date with warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a main dealer.
  • Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
