Full-time | 45 hours per week This is a great opportunity for an experienced, qualified Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the West Berkshire area.
In this role
- You'll repair or replace damaged or compromised bodywork panels and chassis, ensuring every vehicle meets our high-quality standards.
- You'll accurately apply the best repair methods using industry-leading tools and equipment.
- You'll complete job cards and electronic write-ups efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on Health & Safety and process compliance. We're looking for:
- Someone with proven experience as a Panel Beater who has worked in either a main dealer, ARC (Accident Repair Centre) or bodyshop, able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone with an industry-recognised qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered), such as IMI or City & Guilds.
- Someone who is comfortable following established processes and procedures, and complying with Health & Safety standards.
- Someone who can work both independently to meet targets, and as a team to ensure the smooth workshop operations. What our client will offer you for your commitment ?
