Our client is a privately owned automotive Dealer Group who are looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Leader in the Eastbourne area to take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation and performance of their busy workshop. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who understands technician productivity, quality control, workflow and manufacturers standards – and is confident leading a busy team.

The Role

  • Managing the daily workshop operation, workload and capacity
  • Leading, motivating and developing technicians and apprentices
  • Controlling productivity, efficiency and utilisation
