This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Parts Manager to take the next step in their career with a well-established franchised automotive dealer group based across the South East. We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Group Parts Manager to oversee and develop the parts operation across multiple dealership sites, driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of the parts function across the group. You will focus on delivering strong commercial results, improving operational processes, and supporting a high-performing aftersales operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop Parts teams across multiple dealership sites
  • Drive growth in workshop, retail, and trade parts sales
  • Improve stock turn, inventory accuracy, and reduce obsolescence
  • Work closely with dealership leadership teams to enhance aftersales performance
  • Ensure manufacturer standards and operational compliance are consistently achieved
  • Coach and support Parts Supervisors and wider department teams
  • Maximise manufacturer incentives, bonuses, and reward opportunities
  • Implement best practices and consistent processes across the group

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a proven background in automotive Parts Management within a dealership or dealer group environment
  • Be experienced in managing multi-site operations
  • Possess strong commercial awareness and excellent stock control knowledge
  • Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • Be confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Have experience managing manufacturer standards and aftersales performance
  • Be passionate about developing teams and driving continuous improvement
