The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring repairs and servicing are managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Preparing job cards and customer invoices accurately
- Ordering and coordinating vehicle parts required for workshop jobs
- Liaising with suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery schedules
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
