We are currently recruiting for an experienced Motorhome Habitation Technician to join a premium motorhome dealership in the North Hampshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with experience in motorhome or caravan habitation systems who enjoys varied work and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

The Role

As a Habitation Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, inspections, servicing, and maintenance on motorhomes and caravans, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs to motorhome and caravan interiors
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections on new and used motorhomes
  • Diagnose and rectify faults relating to heating, water, gas, and electrical systems, including 12-volt systems
  • Install and fit accessories and additional equipment
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs to interiors, windows, fixtures, and fittings
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in motorhome or caravan habitation and ideally possess the following:

  • A minimum of two years' motorhome or caravan habitation experience
  • NCC (National Caravan Council) qualifications, or currently working towards accreditation
  • Carpentry and interior repair skills
  • Light plumbing experience
  • Knowledge of 12-volt and mains electrical systems
  • Experience carrying out gas testing and fault diagnosis
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
