We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a premium franchise dealership in the Newbury area.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle parts enquiries from both retail and trade customers
- Accurately identify, source, and supply automotive parts
- Manage stock levels and maintain efficient inventory control
- Support the workshop and service departments with parts requirements
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Use internal systems to manage orders, invoicing, and stock
About You
- Recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Kerridge Autoline or Pinnacle systems (desirable)
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Stable career history (maximum of 3 roles within the last 6 years)
