What You’ll Be Doing
- Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA, LTA)
- Perform Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) duties under MOM requirements
- Investigate incidents, near‑misses and occupational illnesses and prepare reports
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and statutory submissions
- Manage contractor safety programs, medical surveillance and industrial hygiene monitoring
- Support fire safety requirements, environmental compliance and facilities‑related activities
- Coordinate safety training, inductions, drills and safety campaigns
- Track HSE performance and prepare regular reports for management and Group HSE
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, Singapore
- At least 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial or multi‑site environments
- Minimally 3 years of experience in supervisory role
- Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
