As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The position is part-time, approx. 12-24 hours per week and includes shifts during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality shopping experience by providing customers with professional and personalized service, assisting them with product information and tailored recommendations to support their purchasing decisions.
- Proactively apply different sales techniques to contribute to the achievement of the store’s sales targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and the inventory is efficiently maintained, recognizing that an organized and fully replenished store environment supports both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
