Performance in People (Pi P) is seeking a Quality Controller to edit videos/calls from mystery shoppers and rate them against a predefined questionnaire at Pi P HQ.
You will monitor shopper performance and report issues to the manager, using Pi P's internal software to record results and media.
Office hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with possible overtime. A 6‑month probationary period applies, with potential progression to guaranteed contracted hours.
