The Opportunity

As an Academy Sales Consultant, you’ll work across Business Development, Delivery, Operations and Marketing, giving you exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

You’ll build relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, support the mobilisation of engineering professionals and learn how to manage your own specialist market.

Throughout the programme you’ll receive structured coaching, hands-on experience and continuous development designed to prepare you for Senior Consultant and future leadership opportunities.
