We are an agile and rapidly growing business looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible CEO Assistant. If you’re someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple deadlines, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, this is the role for you.
The Role: Reporting to the CEO, this role is focused on executive support. You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing processes and providing high-level support, from managing immigration logistics to being the right hand of our CEO. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You must be highly dynamic, able to deal with pressure and short deadlines that may change based on business activity. Someone with high levels of energy is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management travel arrangements (Domestic & International)
- Client meeting schedules (Virtual & in person overseas)
- Calendar management between internal & external stakeholders
- Managing personal tasks for the CEO, which could include handling personal appointments/tasks, family arrangements, and other non-work-related responsibilities.
- CEO Inbox management (Outlook & Socials)
- Posting of Social Media content on behalf of the business / CEO
- External Mailshots on behalf of the CEO to current & potential clients to drive diary utilisation
- Company newsletters & updates
- Booking of internal company away days, incentives & focus days off-site
- Streamlining / continuous improvement research (software & processes)
- Competitor market research to support internal improvement / service offering
- New country / office set up support
- Identifying new partners such as marketing companies or branding companies
- Applying for company grants
- Applying for company & CEO awards (such as queens award)
- Creating reports for CEO
- Presentation building
