We are recruiting 1 experienced Chemical Cleaning / Decontamination Engineer for work in the Middle East.
Role Purpose: Engineer, plan and oversee chemical cleaning and decontamination operations for industrial piping, vessels, tanks, process equipment and associated systems. Duties include selecting appropriate cleaning chemicals, developing circulation and flushing procedures, assessing material compatibility, determining chemical concentrations and ensuring effective removal of contaminants, deposits, hydrocarbons and process residues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with site supervisors and technicians
- Ensure operations are completed safely and in accordance with approved procedures and client specifications
- Experience in chemical cleaning operations within oil and gas or petrochemical facilities
- Experience with chemical handling, process monitoring, waste management and environmental compliance
