We are supporting a specialist offshore workover and abandonment campaign in the UK, focused on Hydraulic Workover (HWO) operations across plug and abandonment (P&A) scopes. We are seeking experienced HWO Supervisors to lead offshore crews and oversee safe, efficient execution of workover and abandonment operations using HWO units.

Role Purpose

The HWO Supervisor will be responsible for supervising offshore operations, ensuring all workover and abandonment activities are executed in line with approved SOPs, safety standards, and operational requirements. This role acts as the senior authority on location, managing crew performance, operational delivery, and compliance throughout the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise offshore HWO crews across workover and P&A operations
  • Ensure all activities are executed in line with SOPs and operational procedures
  • Maintain full compliance with HSE and well control standards
  • Oversee safe execution of Hydraulic Workover operations
  • Coordinate offshore personnel and ensure efficient operational delivery
