About the role

We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for the automotive sector who thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and are excited by the opportunity to work across premium, luxury and performance automotive brands at UK, European and global level. This role sits at the heart of our automotive team, supporting and leading integrated PR activity across a varied client portfolio that includes consumer brands and global automotive OEMs. Successful candidates will help deliver high‑impact campaigns, product launches, brand activations and media relations programmes across regional and international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative team during a period of continued expansion, with clear opportunities for progression and development across all levels.

The ideal candidates will be passionate and informed about the automotive and technology sectors, with a strong working knowledge of current affairs and the media landscape. We are looking for individuals who are organised, proactive and commercially aware, with strong communication and copywriting skills and the ability to translate complex automotive and technical topics into engaging communications. Candidates at AM level must be fluent in German, as this is critical for managing regional markets and client activity. As well as German, European languages are highly beneficial across all levels, particularly French, Spanish and Italian. Experience managing regional markets and delivering integrated PR campaigns is essential and should demonstrate strong organisational skills, enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to develop within an ambitious agency environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure activity is delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with client objectives, while thriving under pressure and contributing positively to a growing team culture. Reporting line & team

The role reports into senior automotive team leadership, including Account Directors and Directors. The successful candidates will support or lead day‑to‑day client management, campaign delivery and team coordination, while contributing strategically to integrated communications activity across automotive accounts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support and deliver integrated PR and communications activity across premium and luxury automotive accounts
  • Work collaboratively across client accounts spanning UK, European and international markets
  • Support the delivery of product launches, activations, media relations, and social content
  • Able to write clear and accurate product and technology communications materials, including product spec sheets, press kits and technical content
  • Build strong relationships with clients, media, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic communications activity and regional market coordination
  • Support reporting and evaluation, including status updates, coverage reporting, media monitoring and industry research
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines, budgets, invoicing and general account administration
  • Support the management of client materials, media centres, digital assets and account documentation
  • Contribute to team coordination, meeting management and overall account organisation
  • Support wider team development and collaborate effectively across different levels of the business
  • Play a role in the continued growth and expansion of the automotive division

What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing regional markets and integrated PR activity is essential for AM candidates

  • Additional European languages are highly desirable across all levels, particularly French, Spanish or Italian
