We’re Performance Communications — proudly employee-owned and the UK’s leading specialist agency in Automotive, Technology & Sports Brand Comms. Whether it’s dreaming up big campaign ideas, unlocking media opportunities, building influencer buzz, or crafting stories that stand out on social — no two days here are ever the same. We’re based in Kingston upon Thames and work hybrid: three days in-office, two from home.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to jump in and become a vital part of our award-winning automotive team. You’ll be working across an exciting portfolio of car brands – from consumer favourites to global names – helping shape the future of mobility comms. You’ll be central to the team’s day-to-day rhythm: keeping things organised, supporting campaigns, writing killer copy, handling media, and juggling creative briefs. Think of this as the ideal launchpad for a comms career — fast-paced, full of variety, and with big-brand exposure from day one.

  • Support senior team members in delivering 12-month PR plans across multiple clients
  • Help manage timelines, agendas, reports, and day-to-day logistics
  • Write press releases, features, blog content and creative ideas
  • Support media events, stunts and brand activations
  • Brief and coordinate suppliers (photo/video/events)
  • Help drive brainstorms and contribute bold, creative thinking

Strong writing skills with a flair for turning complex into clear. A confident communicator who loves building relationships. Ideally at least a general interest in cars.
