Perform Recruitment is currently seeking a Production Planning Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established global ingredients and manufacturing solutions business based in Aylesford.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing production team in a fast-paced environment, supporting the planning function to ensure smooth operational delivery and compliance with production schedules.
The Role
As Production Planning Administrator, you will support Production Planners with the coordination and administration of production activities. You will ensure documentation accuracy, manage raw material logistics within the system, and support cross-functional communication to maintain operational deadlines.
This is a fully on-site role, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities

Raise batch documentation within agreed timescales to meet operational deadlines

Check dynamic formulation products and prepare customer sample batch documents

Write off raw materials after job completion

Book finished goods into the system promptly to enable dispatch

Allocate raw materials in line with company procedures and support stock rotation

Request and track raw material transfers aligned with production schedules

Provide loading instructions and specification labels within batch documents

Liaise with Customer Support, Quality, Warehouse, Production, and Prep teams to ensure timely material availability

Support and provide cover for daily production and packing planning when required

Manage allocation/document queries and authorise batch changes

Work closely with Production Team Leaders to minimise plan changes and balance workload

Participate in operational meetings

Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as required
About You

Degree-level education or equivalent (CPIM certification advantageous)

Advanced Excel skills (highly desirable)
