Role Description

This is a full-time, contract-based, remote position as our Website Development Project Manager at PDM. You will be responsible for leading development projects, including new website builds, CRO/Development retainers or ad hoc development. You will be responsible for managing our talented team of designers and developers to ensure we meet project requirements on time, and with impeccable quality.

We have established SOPs and a proven system that delivers results. Your clients will see great outcomes, and your daily workflow will be seamless. With your experience and input, we’ll take things to the next level.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Assisting with onboarding new clients.
  • Managing designers and developers for the projects.
  • Helping to develop SOPs and better workflows.
  • Communicating daily with clients via slack & email.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Bringing proactive ideas and suggestions for development & design improvements
  • Lead client calls, both in onboarding and in ongoing project management.
  • Have good development skills to assist on projects where needed as we grow.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Shopify development.
  • 1+ years of experience in WordPress development.
  • Demonstrated success managing the team and delivering high-performing websites.
  • A portfolio or case studies showing past account performance driven by your project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with project management such as Asana or Monday
