The Role

You’ll support the Paid Social team in driving customer growth for eCommerce clients. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of agency experience in paid media who’s eager to learn, test, and grow fast in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy, setup, and optimisation of advertising campaigns
  • Analyse performance data (ROAS, CAC, MER) and present insights confidently
  • Communicate with clients via Slack/Meet and manage expectations proactively
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align activity, performance, and creative testing
  • Brief our creative team and designers for weekly creative testing
  • Think like a client, own your numbers and outcomes. Understand our scale matrix and how to scale brands to new heights following our methods.

What Success Looks Like

In 6 months:

  • You’re confidently managing smaller client accounts with positive ROAS and growing spend
  • You’re learning fast, bringing new ideas, and taking ownership of results

In 12 months:

  • You’re managing multiple client accounts end-to-end, testing at scale.
  • You’ve become a key part of the Paid Social team — trusted, proactive, and always hungry for growth

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of Paid Media Buying experience on Paid social platforms such as Meta, Tiktok and Snapchat specifically within an agency environment
  • Understanding of eCommerce funnels, Shopify, and creative strategy
  • A data-driven mindset, you love finding patterns in performance metrics
  • Proactive communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Ambitious, resourceful, and eager to become a top-tier media buyer
