Position Summary: Sales Manager of Components - EMEA and ROW will have overall responsibility and accountability for the planning, directing, and managing sales for our Components EMEA/ROW sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth, leadership skills, and managing a direct sales team to deliver outstanding sales growth that meet or exceed company targets. This role will partner closely with the global sales management team as well as product and corporate marketing to develop strategic and tactical sales objectives. He/she will be responsible for leading and maximizing available resources including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales targets and build sales capacity models to meet them.
  • Research, prospect, and pitch Fortune 2000 accounts by building relationships with senior contacts and developing and expanding current large Perforce customers.
  • Perform weekly pipeline and account reviews to maintain accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and delivery of sales and services quotas and targets with Salesforce.com (CRM).
  • Participate actively in the development of strategy and plans for the Perfecto business and collaborate with global Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistency of approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives and capitalize on their expertise for pitches and proposals.
  • Maintain expertise of industry and competitors; continually gather competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience selling into customers with a strong understanding of differences in messaging, communication, and interaction with prospects and customers globally.
  • Track record of consistently over-achieving quota in past positions.
  • Experience managing and closing complex direct deals.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills: able to quickly construct compelling presentation materials.
  • Strong collaboration skills: required to coordinate closely with other functions and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on top of multiple activities.
  • Desire to win, build high-performing, collaborative teams, and a go-getter attitude balanced with respect and integrity.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales experience with a focus on selling into larger customers and prospects globally.
  • 3+ years' experience in enterprise sales management.
  • Proven history of sales success and progressive managerial responsibilities.
  • Experience selling in complex, long sales cycle, large account environments.
  • Experience with complex solution selling requiring collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Developing strong relationships and networks.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Software Licensing and Compliance.
  • Comfortable dealing with a global customer base and multicultural environments.
  • University degree required; MBA preferred.
