Senior Sales Engineer

Position Summary

Our Sales Engineering team at Perforce is searching for a Senior Presales Engineer to join the team. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to partner with the Regional Sales Manager to provide customers with technical information to help them decide to purchase the Delphix platform. This position would highlight Delphix’s abilities to secure sensitive data, virtualize data, and provide testing teams, developers, and analysts with the ability to rewind or refresh their own copies of data in minutes. This role offers many opportunities to work with customers and showcase the Delphix platform.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate details of the Delphix platform, adapting the demonstration based on customer needs, and provide information and documentation to help them understand the platform and its ROI. Additionally, complete requests for information.
• Build and sustain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Serve as the technical lead in pre‑sales engagements, from discovery through technical close.
• Conduct technical deep dives and answer in‑depth product/architecture questions.
• Scope, manage, and conduct workshops or proof‑of‑value engagements to prove the value of the Delphix solution.
• Convey the business value to the customer in an articulate manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or computer technology related degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in a presales technology role.
• 5–8 years of experience in test data management, building development or test systems, or experience as a developer, test engineer, or data manager.
• Experience in data management, database administration, software development, or testing. Preferred experience in software presales.
• French, German, or Arabic – fluent proficiency required.
