Position Summary:

Our Global Partner Sales Leader at Perforce is searching for a Director of Partner Sales to join the team. This position offers high visibility and extraordinary financial rewards for focused individuals with a successful sales track record who thrive in an environment of change. You will partner with systems integrators and value-added resellers to identify incremental sales opportunities and accelerate existing sales campaigns. Our goal is to virtualize sales coverage through a non-competing, joint selling channel program, enabling partners to build long-term, rewarding relationships with Perforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect enterprise companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social media, etc.
  2. Leverage Sales Development Managers to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging for regional or vertical markets.
  3. Manage, track, and report activities and results using Salesforce.com.
  4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Delphix products.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  6. Travel approximately 60% within EMEA.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  2. 5+ years in Alliance and Channel Sales.
  3. 3+ years in a management role.
  4. Knowledge of partners and experience selling at the CxO level.
  5. Proven success in closing seven-figure transactions and exceeding sales quotas.
  6. Comfort with enterprise, transactional, and subscription licensing models.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills with partners.
  8. Technical acumen linked to business value.
  9. Ability to structure complex deals.
  10. High intellect, multitasking capacity, and excellent qualifying and closing skills.
  11. Strong writing and communication skills.
  12. Bachelor\’s degree or higher.
