Position Summary:
Our Associate Manager for the Product & Engineering Program Management organization at Perforce is searching for a GTM Program Manager to join the team.
You’ll take bold ideas from our Engineering, Product, and Design teams and help bring them to market by driving the programs, processes, and partnerships that make launches successful. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, love solving cross-functional puzzles, and get energy from turning ambiguity into clarity, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness by driving GTM and Operational Readiness across functions and partnering with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers on the engineering release.
- Lead recurring cross-functional syncs, track deliverables, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure launch readiness.
- Facilitate communication between R&D and cross-functional groups, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Drive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure positioning, messaging, and enablement materials are delivered and adopted.
- Lead post-launch retrospectives with R&D and cross-functional partners to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement for our launch process.
- Define, manage, and continuously improve processes that enable effective collaboration between R&D and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure that GTM and Operational stakeholders are involved in R&D planning.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Operations roles within a technology company.
- Experience working within a Product or Engineering organization and interfacing with Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Business Systems, and other customer-facing and internal-facing teams.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to structure complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive them to completion.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving clarity and accountability.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, without direct authority.
- Excellent facilitation skills for leading cross-functional meetings, including weekly launch check-ins, retrospectives, issue and risk reviews, and leadership updates.
- Experience with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycles and how they intersect with go-to-market processes.
