Where we need you: The Commercial Excellence team plays a central role in shaping and guiding PVM UK’s commercial strategy. Acting as a key sparring partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category and our European counterparts, the team ensures we make well-informed, profitable, and sustainable growth decisions. As Revenue Growth Management Lead, you will formulate, communicate and deliver PVM UK’s commercial strategy — covering pricing strategy, promotional guidelines, promotional analysis, forecasting processes, and CPI opportunities. This is a high-impact role that provides the framework for the business to drive profitable and sustainable growth across all channels.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

  • Lead and deliver PVM UK’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy
  • Design, communicate and implement recommended RRPs and WSPs across all channels
  • Provide clear, data-led promotional guidance in partnership with Sales, Finance and Category
  • Ensure promotional depth and frequency compliance, accurately reflected in TPM tools (e.g. Blue Planner)
  • Deliver regular promotional analysis with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Play a leadership role in forecasting, performance management and plan delivery
  • Support ad-hoc commercial analysis and act as an impartial decision-maker
  • Lead CPI recommendations alongside the Commercial Excellence Controller
  • Collaborate with European and Global RGM counterparts to drive best practice and group-wide initiatives
  • Act as a brand ambassador and champion our values, performance culture, and accountability

The ideal recipe for our new Revenue Growth Management Lead:

  • 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, ideally within Sales, Finance, Category or RGM
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to influence decision‑making
  • Experience working in or alongside FMCG and/or retail commercial teams
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred
  • Experience of sales negotiation (preferred)
  • A Level Mathematics (Grade B or above)
  • A relevant qualification in Maths or a Business-related discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional analytical capability and the ability to turn data into compelling storytelling
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Pragmatic, agile approach with the ability to deliver high-quality work at pace
