Role Overview
PerfectTed is looking for an International Out of Home Manager â a driven and detail-oriented individual who will play a pivotal role in our international expansion.
As part of our fast-growing commercial team, youâll be on the frontline of building PerfectTed into a globally recognised brand. Youâll manage our International CafĂ© Partnerships, as well as work closely with our International Distribution partners to ensure stellar OOH and Food Service execution in each market.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in a fast moving environment, play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth brand, and drive our growth across key markets all over the world. You will be working closely with the International Commercial Managers, and the UK based OOH team to ensure our OOH strategy is being translated across all markets as we expand globally.
Key Responsibilities
đ International OOH Sales & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cafĂ© operators, distributors, and foodservice partners to execute PerfectTedâs OOH strategy.
- Manage global café partnerships, ensuring consistent brand visibility and best-in-class drinks execution, and menu activation excellence.
- Work with the Drinks NPD team to ideate and deliver recipes for innovative drinks launches with key partners, reflecting local trends and insights.
- Support distributors to identify, onboard, and activate with coffee chains and key foodservice partners, supporting everything from commercial setup to on-the-ground training and launch.
- Collaborate with local teams to understand regional OOH dynamics, execute campaigns that drive ROS and strengthen PerfectTedâs position as the go-to matcha brand for operators.
đ€ Market Execution & Collaboration
- Coach a nd support distributors and operators to follow best practices for product placement, visibility, and activation.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth launches, campaigns, and on-market execution.
- Act as the bridge between HQ and local markets, sharing insights and helping solve on-the-ground challenges.
đ Operational Performance & Growth
- Track OOH performance across markets, including distribution, visibility, and execution metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve operator execution and grow OOH presence.
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with distributors and partners to ensure plans are delivered effectively.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 2â3 yearsâ experience in sales, account management, or on-premise operations, ideally with experience in the coffee, cafĂ©, or foodservice industry.
- Hands-on, go-getter attitude â able to execute plans directly with operators and ensure results.
- Exceptional relationship and people skills; comfortable building trust with café owners, teams, and distributors.
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently and travelling across multiple markets.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, and Microsoft Office.
đĄ Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing distributor or café relationships to implement OOH programs.
- Exposure to international markets and understanding operator needs.
- Knowledge of beverage or FMCG operations in cafés or foodservice.
- Additional language skills to support global communication.
