The Personal Brand Social Media Lead (Founder) role is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end execution of the founder’s personal social channels — capturing, editing, and publishing short‑form content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The position works closely with the founder to produce authentic, platform‑native content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition for PerfectTed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film documentary‑style short‑form footage of the founder’s day‑to‑day activities, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
  • Ensure high‑quality visual and audio capture using the iPhone Pro Max and advanced camera setup.
  • Organise raw footage for efficient editing workflows.
  • Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Tailor pacing, hooks, and visual style to each platform’s best practices.
  • Craft compelling captions that reflect the founder’s voice and drive engagement.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all owned channels.
  • Maintain a posting cadence that keeps the founder’s presence active and relevant.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Community & Engagement

  • Support community interaction across social channels.
  • Help maintain a consistent founder tone of voice across comments, captions, and interactions.

Requirements

Must‑Haves

  • Proven experience leading social media for a personal brand, founder, or creator with an end‑to‑end portfolio (capture → edit → publish).
