  • Highly organised, independent, and great with follow-through.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and detail obsessed.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Experience working with specialist or health-focused retailers (Whole Foods, Planet Organic, Holland & Barrett, etc.).
  • Background in a high-growth startup or FMCG brand.
  • Familiarity with retail data tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, retailer portals).

The Ideal Candidate Is:

  • Calm, collected, and impossible to fluster.
  • Obsessed with details and getting things done.
  • Warm, kind, grounded, and emotionally intelligent.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + EMI options scheme (real equity upside in the UK's fastest-growing brand).
  • £1000 annual training budget.
