The Personal Brand Social Media Lead (Founder) role is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end execution of the founder’s personal social channels — capturing, editing, and publishing short‑form content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.   • Organise raw footage for efficient editing workflows.
  • Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Tailor pacing, hooks, and visual style to each platform’s best practices.
  • Craft compelling captions that reflect the founder’s voice and drive engagement.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all owned channels.
  • Maintain a posting cadence that keeps the founder’s presence active and relevant.
