As our NPD Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving new products from concept through to launch. You will own the end-to-end NPD process from a project management perspective, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to PerfectTed’s quality standards. This role sits at the centre of the business. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to a fast-moving innovation pipeline as the brand continues to scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery
    • Own and manage the full NPD critical path from concept approval through to launch.
    • Build, maintain and track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, flagging risks and resolving issues proactively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the central point of contact between NPD, operations, marketing, commercial, and supply chain teams.
    • Coordinate inputs across teams to ensure alignment and smooth handovers.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Launch & Scale-Up Support
    • Coordinate factory trials, first productions, and scale-up activities with manufacturing partners.
    • Ensure all technical, operational, and commercial requirements are met ahead of launch.
    • Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process & Organisation
    • Maintain accurate documentation including timelines, specifications, and launch trackers.
    • Help improve and standardise NPD processes as the business scales.
    • Support forward planning of the innovation pipeline.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years’ experience in NPD or project management within FMCG, food, or beverage.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in beverages or functional food.
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers or external suppliers.
  • Understanding of food compliance, packaging, or specifications.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
