- Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to secure bookings, confirm routings and resolve any issues in transit.
- Ensure correct use of Incoterms (e.g. EXW, FCA, DAP, DDP) and align with commercial agreements.
- Manage international order processing and fulfilment
- Track international customer and distributor orders.
- Liaise with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Translate customer POs into clear shipping instructions for warehouses/3PLs.
- Monitor orders from confirmation to delivery, proactively managing delays, short shipments or damages.
- Maintain accurate shipment trackers, ETAs and status updates for internal teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing).
- Ensure compliance and regulatory excellence
- Support the completion of necessary certifications, import/export documentation and product approvals.
- Stay up to date on regional regulatory requirements and ensure all shipments remain compliant.

- Coordinate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure shipping documents reflect correct product claims, ingredients and origin.
- Deliver best-in-class customer and partner communications
- Serve as a key point of contact for international customers, distributors, and logistics partners.
