The Role
We’re hiring a “Tedditor” — our in-house filmmaker, videographer and editor. You’ll capture the real, unfiltered story of building the UK’s fastest-growing founder-led brand — the chaos, culture, launches, travel, retail moments and behind-the-scenes breakthroughs. Your job is to turn everyday reality into powerful storytelling that defines PerfectTed’s world. This is a reactive, always-on role. Some filming may take place in evenings or weekends depending on business moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Film founders and teams across daily operations, launches, events and travel
- Capture short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Develop an instinct for capturing moments as they happen
- Edit quickly and to a high standard using industry tools
- Build narrative-led videos that connect emotionally
- Develop repeatable editing styles and templates
- Pitch story ideas before they unfold
- Stay ahead of content trends and platform formats
- Push PerfectTed’s tone and style forward
- Work closely with founders and senior team
- Build trust to capture authentic, powerful moments
- Align content with marketing and commercial priorities
- Build a scalable content archive
