Head of Out-of-Home (OOH)
Reports to: Head of Sales
Works With: Sales, Marketing, NPD, Field Sales, Operations, Finance

Head of Out-of-Home (OOH) to lead and scale our strategy across all OOH channels.
You’ll manage and mentor the OOH team, own senior relationships across top national operator groups, and deliver a winning commercial strategy that cements PerfectTed as the leading matcha brand in OOH.
This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone with deep OOH expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a hunger to build category‑defining growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end‑to‑end OOH strategy across all channels including coffee, wholesale, foodservice, and contract catering
- Identify new sector opportunities and create tailored channel plans
- Define PerfectTed’s OOH value proposition and ensure consistency across partners
- Own senior relationships across the top 4 OOH accounts and priority operators
- Lead top‑level negotiations, annual terms discussions, marketing agreements, and JBP creation
- Ensure flawless execution of national and regional commercial plans
- Lead, coach, and develop the OOH commercial team, ensuring performance, progression, and high standards
- Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and execution
- Oversee account‑level P&Ls, pricing strategy, and trade spend ROI
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets
- Build accurate forecasting models and challenge assumptions
- Analyse performance across channels, accounts, and SKUs to unlock incremental growth
Requirements
Must‑Haves
- 5+ years OOH sales experience in FMCG (drinks / foodservice essential)
- Strong experience managing and negotiating with leading OOH operators
- Proven team leadership and coaching ability
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Nice‑to‑Haves (but not necessary)
- Experience working in a founder‑led or challenger brand environment
- Existing relationships across major UK OOH operators
- Experience launching or scaling emerging beverage brands
