The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and wildly proactive operator to lead founder content and personal brand strategy at PerfectTed. This is more than a content gig. It’s about capturing real-time momentum, shaping narrative, and scaling a founder’s influence as a strategic growth engine for the business. You’ll sit across strategy, content, and PR—not as a passive executor, but as an active amplifier. You’ll work side-by-side with Marisa (our co-founder and public face), turning her energy, insights, and lived experience into content that drives visibility, trust, and opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Capture moments before they disappear
Turn lived experience into leadership content
Spot what’s worth saying—and make it land
You’ll:
- Build and execute a content plan across TikTok & Instagram
- Collaboratively write sharp, human, scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts
- Pitch Marisa for podcasts, press, and panel opportunities
- Turn panels, events, and IRL moments into evergreen content libraries
- Track analytics, optimize content, and create systems that scale
