I am currently recruiting an Electrical Shift Engineer for a collection of three Trophy Residential Brand-New Buildings located on a new development in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to join a brand new in-house team delivering high standards, providing landlord services to three iconic towers with multiple high-profile tenants. This position would be suited to someone with experience working in high-end residential, hospitality, or 5-star hotels.
Permanent Role
Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days 7am - 7pm
Salary: £49,000
Location: Canary Wharf
Job specific accountabilities:
- Perform maintenance to both plant equipment and building equipment
- Carry out preventative maintenance programme
- Carry out reactive maintenance works
- Liaise with our client’s representative on a day-to-day basis regarding work issues
- Liaise with building facilities team to ensure any shared landlord and tenant systems are operating correctly
- Willingness to undertake further training
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Full Electrical or Mechanical qualifications to a minimum City & Guilds 17th Edition Regulations (desirable)
- Must have commercial maintenance experience
