My client is based in Shenley, who have a very low turnover in staff. They are a worldwide supplier of supplies and as part of their expansion they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work in a small team dealing with international distributors and customers. This role will involve some telephone work but mainly communicating with the clients and distributors via their portal or email, all correspondence is in English so no other languages.

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills and good keyboard skills. The role responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with clients, distributors, Business Partners and UK Sales Team
  • Dealing with pricing queries and dispatching samples
  • Responding to queries via phone and email
  • Processing orders
  • Arranging export with required documentation, training provided
  • Tracking shipments with couriers
  • Monitoring stock
  • Requesting payments when required
