My client is based in Hillingdon, Middx and are currently seeking an experienced PSV Mechanic to work onsite in their in-house facility, working Monday to Friday.
- MOT tests and other legal or compliance requirements to minimise vehicle down-time.
- Liaise with Operations team to schedule maintenance.
- Administer the vehicle defect reporting system.
- Ensure correct keeping of all documentation, including working with the computer-based vehicle management system.
- Undertake planned and preventative maintenance inspections.
- Manage and undertake all vehicle servicing to manufacturers’ guidelines.
- Diagnose all reported faults.
- Maintain required level of Health & Safety for workshop and all that enter the environment.
- Must have experience of servicing and testing HGVs, LGVs and PSVs.
- Source, order parts and supplies as necessary.
