HR and Payroll Manager

My client is a well established organisation based in West London near Heathrow Airport. The role is a standalone role and office based reporting into the CEO of the business.

Ther role involves:-

  • Managing all HR process and procedures
  • Payroll for all employees both monthly and weekly
  • Employee welfare
  • Recruitment
  • Organising inductions
  • Keeping HR records up to date
  • Ensuring compliance with industry requirements
  • Developing training courses for external customers
  • Working with the CEO on projects
