TPT2302 Digital & Content Marketing Executive, Hatfield

We are looking for a proactive and digitally confident Marketing Executive to support the delivery of my clients’ marketing activity across digital, content, email, social media and campaigns.

This role would suit an experienced Marketing Executive who is comfortable taking ownership of their workload and progressing projects independently.

Working within a small marketing team, you will be expected to manage day-to-day marketing activity, identify issues and opportunities, and take projects from brief through to completion.

The successful candidate will combine strong marketing fundamentals with good technical confidence across websites, analytics, email marketing, social media and digital content.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media
  • Manage scheduling and publishing across all social media including Linkedin, Tiktok, Facebook and X channels through Hootsuite.
  • Maintain the social calendar, ensuring timely posting and consistent messaging.
  • Including content for Tik Tok, using existing campaign assets and short-form edits.
  • Email Marketing
  • Build and send email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Mailchimp campaign creation, segmentation, testing, list management and performance analysis.
  • Website & Content
  • Regularly review and report on the site for outdated content, broken links and layout issues.
  • Ability to create and update pages using HTML.
  • Basic on-page SEO including metadata, headings, internal links, keywords and image optimisation.
  • Update website information and upload new products
  • Support creation of visuals, copy updates and uploads for new campaigns.
  • General Marketing Support
  • Creating and Editing comfortably withing In Design or Adobe Suite in general
  • Assist with preparation of monthly reports for social, email and website performance.
  • Be responsible for managing personal workflows
  • Provide general administrative support for all marketing projects, exhibitions, supplies ordering and partner communications.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Knowledge of social and email platforms, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and website CMS platforms.
  • Able to understand technical products and translate product information, features and specifications into clear customer-focused marketing content.
  • Confident using Adobe suite or similar tools for light graphic editing.
  • Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, social dashboards).
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
  • Video production skills are highly desirable.
  • Reliable under deadlines and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Curious about marketing trends and open to learning.
  • Team-player mindset with confidence to share ideas.
  • Must be presentable, professional and approachable.
  • Comfortable using AI tools appropriately for research, first drafts, repurposing and productivity, while checking accuracy and brand quality.

This role is based in Hatfield, Herts, free parking and an excellent benefits package. Hours 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
