Employee Relations Advisor – Borehamwood, Hertfordshire up to £38k

CIPD Level 5 | Hybrid Working | Career Progression

Our client is a long-established and highly respected independent HR consultancy based in Borehamwood, supporting SMEs across the UK with practical, commercially focused HR solutions. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building trusted client relationships. The Role

You will act as a key point of contact for SME clients, providing expert HR and Employee Relations advice both verbally and in writing. Typical areas include:

  • Employee Relations case management
  • Grievances and disciplinaries
  • Redundancy processes
  • TUPE matters
  • General HR advice and guidance

The role is primarily office-based with occasional visits to client sites when required.

Working Pattern

Monday to Thursday – Office based in Borehamwood
Friday – Home working
35-hour working week
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
