This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef, Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or Senior Sous Chef looking to step into a role offering excellent work-life balance, daytime hours, and the opportunity to lead a skilled production kitchen team.
As Head Chef, you will take responsibility for the daily production of high-quality pastry products, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional standards across the operation. You will lead and develop a team of 10–12 chefs, managing workflows, production schedules, food safety standards, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a pastry production team of 10–12 people
