Join a dynamic team where your expertise as an experienced Relief Chef will keep kitchens running seamlessly across Lancashire's diverse hospitality venues. At Perfect Recruitment we are looking for experienced Chef De Parties/Sous Chefs/Head Chefs who enjoy working flexible hours, and are available 30 to 40 hours per week. Ideally need to be available weekends/evenings and must drive to some locations being remote.

Pay: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Chef de Partie experience.
  • Willingness to travel (ideally drive).
  • In date Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 2 Food Safety Certifications.
  • Previous experience of working in busy environment.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team (there may be some solo assignments).
  • Be able to work proactively and support the venue.
