We're working with a 4-star countryside hotel looking for a solid Chef de Partie to join a small, supportive kitchen team. This is a great role if you want to develop in a fresh food environment without the usual late nights and burnout that come with a lot of hotel kitchens.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running your section and cooking fresh dishes to order
  • Supporting prep and service across restaurant, weddings and events
  • Assisting senior chefs with banqueting and evening service prep
  • Maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness and organisation
  • Working independently during quieter shifts when needed
  • Being part of a reliable, close-knit team that backs each other

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis stepping up)
