We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage our temps desk. Ideally, you’ll have some recruitment experience and be a strategic thinker, ensuring bookings are maximised to make the most of our temporary workers’ availability.

What the Role Involves:

Interviewing temp workers, reference checking, and ensuring all paperwork is completed
Placing candidates in bookings across the country
Sales calls to build and maintain client relationships
Client visits and welfare calls to candidates and clients
Out-of-hours emergency cover on a rota basis
Growing the team and bringing fresh ideas
Some permanent recruitment

What We’re Looking For:

A ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for recruitment
Experience in temporary recruitment – hospitality/chefs would be a big plus
Strong organisational and people skills
The ability to think strategically and fill bookings efficiently
