We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage our temps desk. Ideally, you’ll have some recruitment experience and be a strategic thinker, ensuring bookings are maximised to make the most of our temporary workers’ availability.
What the Role Involves:
- Interviewing temp workers, reference checking, and ensuring all paperwork is completed
- Placing candidates in bookings across the country
- Sales calls to build and maintain client relationships
- Client visits and welfare calls to candidates and clients
- Out-of-hours emergency cover on a rota basis
- Growing the team and bringing fresh ideas
- Some permanent recruitment
What We’re Looking For:
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for recruitment
- Experience in temporary recruitment – hospitality/chefs would be a big plus
- Strong organisational and people skills
- The ability to think strategically and fill bookings efficiently
